  taco bell at 1234am no line had to wait 10 minutes... thats ok I get it I did a mobile order to eliminate any confusion. I get to the window after the 10 minute wait a disheveled employee hands me my 2 meals and said I was all set. I didn't get the drinks. Paid an extra 6 dollars for the new desert treats I was really looking forward to eating i get home and no treats no add ons to the food I ordered. I spent $33 just to be disappointed. Do better taco bell in this economy people should get what they pay for. The soft taco was interesting half was soggy and the other half was so had you couldn't even eat it. This location needs a better staff.

  Went through the drive thru for 3DLT supreme with beans instead of meat and 2 luxe boxes replacing meat with beans and fresco. They made a mistake and made the dlts fresco, no big deal, but when I went in to ask for them to be fixed I was in the restaurant for multiple minutes noticed by multiple staff and ignored. When someone finally came to address me they didn’t let me finish speaking and brushed me off, still messed up the order, then they were out of beans, so I asked for nacho fries instead, forgot the cheese, all of these mistakes happen, but the worst part was the attitude, the manager rudely said those substitutions needed to be ordered inside so they weren’t messed up. It was written correctly on the bag, so clearly ordering wasn’t the problem. The restaurant was also an absolute disaster with about 6-8 staff members doing just about nothing. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked in fast food and I will always be patient with mistakes, but the attitude from the staff was horrendous. Thanks to the one girl who was polite and helped fix it.

  Very frustrated with this location and I won’t be going back - two days in a row I waited 15+ minutes after doing a mobile order and confirming in the app that the order was ready. Two days in a row the order was completely wrong and the staff was completely despondent. Why would anybody spend their money here when there are so many food establishments on Altamonte Ave that completely outperform this location? McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and Burger King are consistently faster, with much better customer service and way higher order accuracy. It’s pretty unbelievable that management even allows this to continue - they must be desperate for employees and don’t require any common sense / customer service or food service skills. Next time I want Taco Bell I will drive 15 minutes out of my way to get it.
