  Not sure why I keep ordering from here. Food was ready but for some reason when my husband picked it up the staff thought it was still being cooked. Toppings another story why pay extra for toppings when you get 1 mushroom or pepperoni or olives? Skimpy on toppings. Ordered new sandwich.. barely anything on it. It was like eating a toasted roll and that was it.

  Horrible experience on 4/4 @ around 6pm. Order number 1290775541 marked READY via the pizza tracker so I drive there to pickup my FOUR PIZZAS, to walk and be told we "couldn't start your order because your phone doesn't work" and "we don't have black olives" well buddy my phone works just fine and not once was I contacted about changes to my order? Now three days later I'm wondering where's my refund since I walked out empty handed, never even picked up my pizzas and the pizza tracker now says picked up? Unbelievable. I believe this Papa John's Location just scammed me out of $31! Refund my dmn money you scumbags! Order number 1290775541 1290775541 1290775541 1290775541 1290775541 1290775541 1290775541!!!

  Two times ordered from this dump. Absolute garbage service, missing items that were paid for, delivery is an absolute nightmare. Why continue trying to pay for an enjoyable meal?!

  Ordered the works and bbq chicken with pineapple. I haven't had Papa johns for years. The works was always the favorite. However, I found little topping compared to what I had years ago.

  I went here shortly after it opened. I was excited to have another papa John's open near me as it was our favorite place to order pizza. The food was horrible. I ordered extra butter garlic sauces only to have them split opened and spill all over the boxes and my sests (thank God for seat covers) when I contacted them, the "owner" (thats who they said they were) called me but I was at work and couldn't answer my phone. They texted me. I texted that I wasnt able to talk at the moment as I was at work. When I texted back asking if they could talk, I never heard another thing back. I was hopeful when they contacted me but to then never hear anything again when I tried to contact turned me off from ever doing business there again. Such a shame as when they were on altamont ave, the food there was amazing. Oh well.
