- NWNina WilleyMar 16, 20261.0They just hung up on me, blaming Uber Eats driver for taking half my order. Also stating it's easy to seal and unseal the bags when I had to rip it open due to how sticky 2, 2 stickers were used to seal the bag. Absolutely insane to hang up on a customer and blame another entity for miss placing items. A normal business especially in Niskayuna would comp a product, ask if a customer wants a refund for the items or at least apologize for the inconvenience of loss product which was paid for. Completely disrespectful. Outrageous. Blame an Uber driver. I had to rip those to get to my food. Unprofessional and insane. Feel like being petty and driving down. What are you a twelve year old girl hanging up on her crush??
