  I visit this location yearning for some food and assist I walk in im bothered by someone who's just there trying to ask for $ and as I look around its people asleep and others just hanging out. This made my appetite decrease and I walked out.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the 24-hour McDonald’s on State Street in Schenectady after getting off work around 3:00 AM. I waited in the drive-thru line for quite a while and placed my order at the speaker. After I finished ordering, the employee abruptly told me they were “closing.” This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. First, this location advertises itself as 24 hours, and I have ordered there much later than this before without any issue. Second, if the restaurant was actually closing, that should have been communicated before allowing customers to sit in line and place an order. What made the situation worse was the employee’s attitude and the way she spoke to me, which was very rude and dismissive. After a long work shift, the last thing anyone expects is to be treated like that, especially when they waited in line and already placed an order.Customer service at this location has clearly declined. Management and corporate seriously need to address the unprofessional behavior and poor communication happening during overnight hours. If this location is truly 24 hours, employees should not be turning customers away after taking their order. Very disappointing experience.

  This restaurant is very close to the car wash centre laundromat and it is exactly in the state Street which is very close to the State Street and N. Brandywine Ave. intersection and it is on the state street and very next to the bus stop 905 and 355 stop here which is very good connectivity for this restaurant but the main problem is the people who work here they’re not so polite or customer friendly especially in the evening time I see a lot of students and homeless people who come here and make a noise and disturb and I don’t see it is so safe for the kids, but anyhow this is how the area and all over the country but not a problem and they have plenty of parking space in that they can install children’s playing area that will help them to attract more customers. They are also not far away from the highway so that more people can come here.

  The people who working here are very rude not a customer friendly when you talk to them they don't answer disrespectful lot of homeless people are coming here especially evening time not so safe for kids our family to come here the management need to take care of this and tell the people who are working here they have to respect the people and Care them give them whatever they asked I am not happy with their service if the employees don't respect how they get clients they really need to address this especially in the Schenectady I need to learn how to behave with a clients its important
