Ordered $50 whorth of food to go... half of the items on my order they didnt have. 2 of my items were missing completely and 1 was incorrect (what was supposed to be a queso-rito was a much cheaper bean burrito, which were absolutely disgusting, even in terms of fastfood. I will never go to this tacobell again.

I paid EXTRA for delivery, it took forever, and when it finally arrived half my order was missing. Completely unacceptable. So I get in my car, waste my gas and time, and go to pick up what THEY forgot. I pull into the drive-thru and they tell me to go inside. Fine. I go inside, and they make me wait over 20 minutes for something that should’ve been ready the second I walked in. When I asked for a refund because at that point the whole experience was ridiculous, they told me they “can’t do refunds in store” and to “do it on the app.” So basically: they mess up, they waste my time, and THEN they can’t even fix it? This location needs serious management changes. The incompetence is unbelievable. A complete waste of money, gas, and patience. I will NOT be ordering from here again.
