  So, I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and waited a couple minutes aroujd 8:30am. Though I said hello approximately 3-4 times there was no answer. I decided to just drive past the pickup and pay window and there was a staff leaning up against the windows which was curious to say the least. I didn't go back. I was in a hurry to be some place yesterday morning and this delayed my arrival since i had to stop somewhere else for my coffee. The service star should be a zero but it appears I have to put something in to leave a review.

  the people in this establishment are so rude every time i go in this time they gave me my drink with a huge hole in the cup and when i went back to let them know they were so rude about it how can you do something wrong and be mad at the customer i will never be returning here how nasty

  I’m a huge fan of Dunkin I’ve always chose here over Starbucks but I was a little disappointed this past week , I went to the location over at Albany street near the Starbucks and the customer service was terrible the employees were rude and gave me someone else is order , now I know people go through stuff and some days are harder than others but sometimes a smile can make others happy I was not rude I said thank you I paid and I spoke with a soft tone , but the employee working drive thru she was rude , more focused on who she was talking on the phone with and was completely off by handing me someone else’s order and then my drink was wrong , I don’t think I will ever go back over to this location because it’s not the first time they have messed up my order or been rude but first time it was continuously done several times in one week I’m very disappointed 🤦🏽‍♀️

  We were rushed when placing an order. The were rude and actually mean. They couldn't get rid of us fast enough! Woman gave me cup with straw and it popped up & got all over my arm as well as the counter. She walked away without ever apologizing. I said the customer service was awful! She hollered we have great customer service. As a customer spending over $12, I am saying customer service was terrible and I will never go back. All three should be fired before DD goes out of business at the Albany Street location. My friend works at Home Depot and I will share the nasty attitude the employees had this morning. They didn't even clean up spilled coffee at the window.

  Food is cold, ordered turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and they gave me only egg on a croissant but still charged me full price
