I see so many reviews saying staff is rude and orders are incorrect. When is someone going to do something about this. Clearly your staff needs better guest relations training. When they forget or mess up orders, they are rude and dismissive. They refused to deal with any sort of conflict that might be due to their actions. They gaslight the guest to make them feel like they are the ones being rude and become overly defensive to the point where they escalate simple situations. Please help them. They are severely struggling.
