  I would say they always do so well on drinks, but the pastries could be better, and THEY NEVER HAVE DONUTS. But if I can get my hands on one, they are truly delicious. If you aren't here by 8am, say goodbye to that delicious donut you were thinking of getting. Some employees *mostly the boys* are extremely kind, always know what to say, and help when they can. While others sadly, are very disrespectful, lazy, and care way too less to work at a dunkin. Wonderful atmosphere, it is very visually appealing and clean inside. One day, I came in around 11am and they were very busy, but you wanna know what they didn't have? WHOLE MILK, so whatever? I was 14, maybe I looked stupid or something, but when I order a medium size hot chocolate, I expect the cup to be MORE THAN HALF FULL. Excuse me that I TIPPED YOU ATLEAST $5 FOR NOT EVEN A FULL PORTION OF MY SUPER SIMPLE DRINK. ATLEAST USE THE 2% OR ALMOND MILK YOU OFFERED SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE YOU HAND ME THAT. Anyways, I do recommend going, other than the crazy storied you may have to have, I'm sure if I wasn't socially anxious to tell them to fill my drink I would have seen a better side of some employees.

  Legit zero cream cheese on either of my bagels. Get to work with a sliced bagel. Thats it. Lazy.

  Went in for a gift card. Would never know it's a new build. Looked like old equipment. Very messy and didn't look the cleanest. Doubt would buy any food here.

  Great place! Management is so kind and they really know how to keep the vibe up. Everytime I'm always smiling because they're genuinely so sweet and funny. Ever since a certain staff member left, I've enjoyed coming to this store. They have my drink ready swiftly and there's always customers sitting in the store chatting. We need more places like this. :)

  This place has literally gone to hell. Does dunkin. Not know how to get actual good managers because the one they have here doesnt run the store well. She's always angry ive heard her berate her customers and staff. I seen her other management team in tears from how they are treated and the last two weeks I havent seen my favorite worker. I forget the dudes name but everytime I walked in he immediately got my drink ready and asked if I was hungry. Did u guys actually get rid of the one worker who is nice to people isn't that counter productive. The other day I saw the young girl with the blonde hair crying because the manager wouldn't answer the phone and they had a call out. Seems like your management here isn't effective. Food quality is also super low now. Don't know what happened but I do know ill never be back.
