  Just went in today around 2:25 for just a drink and a donut the worker there was so rude…she asked if I was picking up I said no honey. And needed a minute she rudely asked me if I was ready threw my order on the counter…the gave me my drink I said thank you and she completely ignored me. In my opinion if u work in fast food an have an attitude like that u need to be fired. The other young lady with pink hair super nice and respectful. Buh that black girl ruined my experience by far the worst customer service I’ve had

  The only place that gets your order wrong every single time, then the staff gets mad at you for telling them they got a simple order of two items wrong. The staff is always miserable and acts like they’re almost forced to be there against their free will. I’m assuming the staff and management also work at the Chipotle on Balltown Road because the experience is essentially the same. Only come here if it’s your last resort and you’re out of options.

  Avoid this Dunkin' on Union Street at all costs. It is easily the worst location I’ve ever visited. The wait times are incredibly long, but the lack of basic respect from the staff is what makes it unbearable. They treat customers—and especially Uber and DoorDash drivers—with zero courtesy or common decency. There is no excuse for being treated this poorly while waiting for an order.

  I stopped going to this Dunkin a year ago because they screw up my order the majority of the time. I went in today and gave them another shot, nope screwed it up again.
