  Wish employees would not take closest parking 🅿️ spots to the door. They don't stir the cold coffee ingredients well.

  Never leave bad reviews, I went on Sunday at 2:30 and it was empty. No line on drive thru, I order a latte but they’re out of milk so I improvise. I pay and while I’m waiting for my drink the woman working is yelling at the other guy there. My drink is in plain site and she is just fighting with this guy forgetting I’m there . I beep my horn she turns around and it’s obvious she forgot I was there. She looks at me like I’m in the wrong. Then gives me attitude bc I’m clearly annoyed ??? lol Never coming to this one again.

  This dunkin used to be my go to but recent experiences have changed my mind. Not only has it has taken 3x the time it to but the workers are rude. I corrected a worker (who was being very sassy with me) and she screamed at me in a very snotty tone "I CANT HEAR FROM THE PASSENGER SEAT". as someone in customer service, I know you should never treat your customers like this. We gave her the benefit of it out and said thank you as we left, and she gave us the most corned out face ever.
