  My son and I went in today for lunch after a disastrous experience at the Albany location . When we walked in today we were immediately attended to… our food came out nice and hot .

  I ordered food for delivery. Food was delivered with the bag open and food box partially opened as well. I reported it to door dash immediately. I decided to call the store to inquire about the issue. When the lady at the BWW picked up she immediately asked if she could place me on hold, not an issue I waited. Wail I was waiting I realized they did not put me on hold but instead just put the phone down. During this “hold” I could overhear the the cashier and a lady named Maria “possibly my dasher” talking about me and how “inconvenient” (summarizing a bunch of disrespectful conversation) I was for reporting my food and how it arrived opened. Cashier picked phone back up and I let her know I overheard that entire conversation and I was the guy who reported his food and I now wanted to speak to the manager. (Insert disrespectful comments from cashier) Was told they weren’t in and I could call back tomorrow. The entire conversation was unpleasant and the cashier was snotty and rude when all I wanted to know is if they sealed my bag or not so I knew if I needed to take it up with the BWW or door dash. Probably one of the worst experience I’ve ever had with BWW. They definitely earned that one star review.

  Manager George is amazing and welcoming he keeps the place running and makes sure everything goes out correctly he does a great job

  Great take out. Ordered a bunch of times with no issues with orders and the one time we did have an issue (missing drinks) they offered to mail a gift card which we appreciated so much! Excellent service 👍🏾

  Food was good but online ordering not available at the schenectady location. No one was available to answer the phone when trying to call in an order(3 separate weeks) as well. I guess you have to go and order in person and wait to get your takeout. If you have time for that their wings are great!
