  If I could give a 0 I would. I got a smoothie from them Weds.. and it's Tuesday. I'm JUST feeling ok again. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. To anyone. Ever.

  My daughter and I love the drinks here! All of the workers are super nice and helpful. We went earlier today and got some help from Alexa and she was very nice!

  Love the hot chocolate here!! The barista Alexa was very helpful when I was trying to figure out what to get my fiancé since he never ordered there before! Great service and super quick!

  got greeted with a smile and positive attitude from one of the workers crysta , I had some questions about the menu and she was very informative about everything and explained everything very clearly and not in a confusing way. great place and atmosphere

  I had a terrible experience here tonight. We ordered 4 drinks 7 minutes before they closed, and the staff made it clear they didn't want us there. The lady was incredibly rude, rushing the order and snapping about how much time was left. I ordered a hot chocolate with banana bread flavor and half sugar. Instead, they gave me a full cup of hot coffee. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the employee gave me massive attitude, argued with me that I "ordered coffee," and I could literally hear her yelling about it inside. She eventually "remade" it, but it was a total mess—the cup was only half-full, it wasn't the banana bread flavor, and it definitely wasn't half-sugar. To make it worse, she handed it over and then immediately closed up. My friends' cold drinks were also a joke—nearly half the cup was just ice (see photo). For a place that says "Cultivating Kindness" on the cup, the service was anything but.
