Extremely rude and dismissive. He got another employee and she informed me that they were backed up on orders . She said it would be about a 30 min wait. So 60 min for a few orders of soup ? Insane ! I request a refund for my order which took another 20 min along with a bunch of other customers . This is completely unacceptable. Will not be back to this location again.

When I asked an employee if it could be refilled, the gentleman looked at me like I was making the most unreasonable request. He then reported that they were out. I won't be coming back
