Today, only half my order arrived--and I was hangry. I called the location phone number and the manager was not only apologetic and accountable, he also offered to deliver the remaining items to my door himself. I have never experienced that level of service at a fast casual chain and I'm super impressed how he turned a disappointing experience into a great experience. He deserves a raise! Thank you!

I’m surprised this establishment is still open and “running.”
The employees were rude and unwelcoming. I felt embarrassed just for asking a simple question, and when I double-checked to confirm if that was my order, I was met with attitude instead of basic courtesy from a young Black woman working there.
The bathroom was extremely dirty and appeared poorly maintained. I only came in for takeout, but it did not give a good impression of cleanliness overall.
Prices are higher than the same location in Tarrytown, with no clear explanation. The smoothies are nearly $8 and served in a very small plastic cup, which feels overpriced.
Customer service through online support was also unhelpful, and no resolution was offered.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

Very poor service. No matter the delivery, order within, or pick up. The people move so slowly. A huge guy is preparing the food and he moves like he’s counting sheep. My gosh. Stayed 30 mins waiting for one cup of soup to go. Another time 15 mins for a pick up order after leaving home and now waiting 45 mins for a delivery. The place is so backwards.
There’s also a black woman who seems like the supervisor but you can tell she’s very lazy. She only helps out where the least is needed. If the order like is busy she switches to food. If the food line is busy, she switches to order. I’ve literately watched this for days. Just a sour sight

First and last time coming to this location. I ordered an item from the bakery and the cashier that was supposed to package the order was rubbing her nose and her mouth so I asked if she could put gloves on. She asked if it bothers me that she doesn’t have any on and I politely told her it does. She walked away and threw the parchment paper that she was about to pick up the pastries with. I just left out without my order and called corporate. It should be common practice to have on gloves or at least wash your hands when handling food anyway, especially if youve been handling people’s money. Disgusting!

Would leave 0 stars if I could . My mother went to this establishment to grab a quick lunch during her nursing shift and was met with an attitude by the cashier ( Jeremy) when there was a discrepancy with change . She then gave a name and continued her convo with me on the phone while waiting for her name to be called. Just to add some background she hadn’t eaten at Panera before and this was her first experience here. While sitting and waiting and talking to me , the cashier was talking about the change discrepancy to another guest and then proceeds to tell my mother when she asks if her order was ready that “ if you weren’t on your phone , you would know your order was ready 5 minutes ago”. She was then still just going to take her food and leave but then I told her absolutely not , that is disgusting behavior from a customer service standpoint. She then asked for her money back and then a coworker (female) that was bring int the food told her she has a nasty attitude. A manager came and brought her back her money and didn’t even ask what happened or tried to understand or diffuse the situation. If I wasn’t on the phone for the entire interaction I wouldn’t have believed it happened.
Overall a disgusting display of actions from your staff at this location. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to clean house ASAP and bring in workers that actually have customer service skills.
