  This location is still very busy and the staff continues to handle the high volume with ease. I'm usually satisfied with food from here. But, my last visit was disappointing. The portions are much smaller. The fries barely filled the box and they were not hot. The jalapeño ranch club sandwich was underwhelming. The chicken seemed more like a cutlet instead of a breast. It was over fried, not juicy, and very thin. This place has gone down in quality. The upside was that the strawberry hibiscus lemonade was good. Given the price point more was expected. Definitely not a budget friendly fast food option, especially when basic expectations are not met.

  I will never come back to chick fil a ever again. I tryed paying with cash and the employees and manager refused. They made me wait on line for ten minutes to figure out if they wanted to take the cash or not. I was told the manager didn’t want to take any cash then as I’m ready to leave I wanted another lemondade and the girl taking the orders once again denied taking my cash. The total was around $3 and some change so I gave her a 5$ bill and said I don’t need the change. She refused to take my cash a second time. THAT IS ILLEGAL. I will be reporting this store to 311. You cannot tell customers you don’t accept cash. She also basically ignored me so I just walked out and as I was walking out I asked the other so called manager why they don’t take cash and she said the girl is “new” so she can’t take cash. Lame excuse. Manager was in the back the whole time standing there doing nothing. I will do everything in my power to make sure these employees and store gets penalized. Pure insanity thinking they can make up their own rules.

  Looooong line especially for a "fast food" place but luckily workers took our order while we're waiting in the line in fact we got our food in the line which was cool. Menu was small but good and had good selection. The interior hit me with lots of nostalgia. Fries were great love the iconic waffle fries. Chicken was crispy and good it tasted like it had a juicy and sweet insidenot much more to say. Yummy all around. If chick fil la sees this please don't write me an ai response back thx

  Scarsdale NY, location. Great anytime i go in for take out i am greeted nicely, food is read and correct, staff friendly as i person of color that is important for me to note. I will gladly come back if experience remains the same.

  The manager Ashely is so degrading to staff and does not deserve to have an ounce of authority. She is so unprofessional and disrespectful. Hope Chick fil a sees the type of people they are hiring. Management and supervisors are constantly on their phones and do not give their hard working staff even a break for water. It is such a shame.
