    So I stopped in yesterday and used the drive through. The girl who took my order kept making the wrong coffee, 2 other guys were there and asked what I ordered and I told them a hot medium cappuccino and 24 munchkins . One guy returned with an iced coffee I’m like that’s not what I ordered so after the 3rd time he made me a cappuccino and closed the window . Ignoring the fact that I ordered and paid for the munchkins. I waved him down. And he came back and gave me the munchkins . One on the bottom had a Bite mark on it and the cappuccino was pretty much empty. The girl behind the counter who took my order in the first place was rolling her eyes at me the whole time. This whole transaction took over 10 minutes causing the car behinds me looking around with frustration. Trust me I would have left if I hadn’t paid cash already. Horrible service and after seeing the bitten munchkin I’m not returning.

    Supposed to be 8 pieces per order, received 4. Always get shorted when it comes to snackin’ bacon or hash browns here. Their lattes also always taste burnt at this location. This is the only location I’ve ordered bagels with cream cheese and ended up with a bagel with the thinnest layer of cream cheese on one half of the bagel only. I come back every few months hoping it will be different but am disappointed every time.
