On another note, this place has improved in the recent years, their ground beef has gotten more tender although lately it has started to taste oddly sour. The rest of the ingredients arent so good, they use a brioche bun instead of a white bun with sesame and the brioche bun is a little stiff and dry on the edges. The cheese doesnt melt very well (they use cheddar instead of american cheese). Im not sure if they use seed oils but if they switched to beef tallow they would make a great improvement.
