  Waited over 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, 1 McCracken and a medium fries. So many other people who ordered before and after me were all frustrated. Worst service I've ever experienced and there was zero sense of urgency. Don't expect fast food and this fast food location.

  Stopped in to grab 2 chicken sandwiches, nothing else. It was 12:25. Bad sign when there are 5 people waiting for their orders. After 20 minutes we asked for a refund so we could leave. We had an appointment across the street. Thought 35 min was enough time to grab 2 sandwiches. Not sure what the issue was as they had people working just seems the drive thru gets first attention.

  Ordered on mobile app, food wasn't ready for another 25 minutes. Originally gave me someone else's order after confirming my order. Then I was pulled aside and my order was not correct, couldn't even get the sauces for the strips. Never felt compelled to write a poor review before but never had an experience this bad and I worked for McDonald's for years.

  The food was great and so was the arrival of the food! It took less than 5 minutes to come! Everything we ordered came out how we wanted it to, and all the advertisement was true! The best part was the costumer service! They person who took our order and served us was named “Darius”, and he was very polite while taking our order. He was very patient with us and told us the deals while ordering! He served the food to us and even brought all of the sauces for us to choose! Great experience!

  This is without a doubt the the worst McDonalds probably ever. Ridiculously slow service, every time i come here i end up waiting 20+ minutes even after i place a mobile order in advance. As a Saratoga local, i’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt for years but i am extremely disappointed every time. Not only is the service painfully slow for a so called “fast food” restaurant, but the food is lazily prepared and at least 75% of the time my order is made wrong. Really wish corporate would step in and fix this mess of a management at this location. Obviously i dont expect much from a McDonalds, however the service here is unbelievably terrible and has been for years. Something needs to be done about it.
