We used their bathrooms which were in good and clean condition. We attempted to use the kiosk to order, but it didn't have the full menu. Assuming there was someone there, this person ignored us. My guess is that there is a lone employee who could not respond being eleswise occupied. Thus it appears to be a management failure to have enough personal to operate their restaurant rather than a problem with that specific employee. In any event the lack or responsiveness led us to obtain food from a competitor.
