The Wendy's signage indicates a 10am opening time. We arrived at about 10:15, the door on the one side was locked, we entered on the other side. We used their bathrooms which were in good and clean condition. We attempted to use the kiosk to order, but it didn't have the full menu. Assuming there was someone there, this person ignored us. My guess is that there is a lone employee who could not respond being eleswise occupied. Thus it appears to be a management failure to have enough personal to operate their restaurant rather than a problem with that specific employee. In any event the lack or responsiveness led us to obtain food from a competitor.

It’s almost sad….none of the employees speak English, while I was there every customer complained of mistakes with their order, then I get back out to my truck and open my order to find it wrong. Went back inside to have it corrected and stood at the counter for 15 minutes while employees walked back and forth and yelled in Spanish at each other, ended up just leaving. It’s fast food not expecting anything great but this was just terrible.
