    Old Lady (Manager) in the store made the skinniest sandwich known to man. She literally spread two pieces of onion across my sandwich and called it a job well done.

    Attended this subway as it accepted online ordering. The young lady making the sandwiches really has attention to detail, so it gives me confidence for future orders. Where I feel awful, is that the young lady has to deal with her shift management that sat in the back and ignored customers when she came out to shut the front door. The shift manager on October 4th 2025 at 1:50 pm allowed her staff to do all the front end work and let guests wait to pick up their online order. My wait to get my already completed sandwich order was 8 minutes from when I walked in the door. I attempted to troubleshoot the situation and called the store twice in hopes to alert the shift manager. She did not answer the phone, which was operable and working, because I could hear it. This could have been avoided - but it wasn’t. I’m giving the young lady a 5 out of 5, because she has to deal with all of the guests…. The shift leader, I give her 0 out of 5. The restaurant felt stressful, as the shift leader was putting out some seriously bad vibes… she rolled her eyes at the wall and refused to even look at anyone when she came out of the back. There’s other subways — and I really hope the franchise owner reads this.
