Took 20 minutes to bring my curbside order out. Saw a bag and a happy meal so I thought I was good. Had to drive a half hour backto McDonald's and half hour back home in the downpour because literally half my order was missing. But McDonald's said that only the store can fix and I kept calling the store and no answer.

Couldn’t order from the value menu in the drive through. She said the 5 dollar order would be 13, then wouldn’t answer again. Came inside and kiosk wouldn’t order it with correct price. Then no one interest in woek but the counter. Did order but now regretting- hate to give $ to bad service.

Might be the worst run McDonald’s in the entire country and I mean that genuinely, we’ve been to a lot. We’ve gone 3 times but won’t go back. Each time has been escalating issues of flat drinks, bad fries, and just straight up wrong order each time. Ownership/management must be terrible. Avoid.

The most unsanitary place I’ve ever been to. Both men’s and women’s bathroom are beyond disgusting. Dirty to the point that there was urine all over the floor and over flowing garbage cans. If that’s what is happening in the public space I can only imagine the lack of sanitary measures in the kitchen. We left without ordering.

Went inside to order food, waited 33 minutes for our food.. 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal and a chicken sandwich meal. Finally get our food, missing French fries and drinks? How can it be that long of a wait and still get the order wrong? Management needs to do better with their staff. This is unacceptable
