My coffee was about two inches below the top of the cup, and the sandwich tasted moldy, as well as barely having any cheese and having one tiny sausage patty for the whole sandwich (the bread is way bigger than what they put on it). I tried to get a refund from uber eats, they told me to call the store for the refund. Called the store, and they told me call uber eats for the refund. The lady I spoke with had a bad attitude to start off, and I was very polite saying please and thank you. I told the manager that I was being sent in circles, and she said maybe I should have tried solving the problem yesterday. Just great customer service all around. I asked her if I was just out of luck, to which she said yeah I guess so. Soooooooo… beware of ordering off uber eats. If it’s bad, you won’t get your money back.
