- LWL W4 days ago2.0I normally had no problems here but the last 2 visits 2 new people both forgot to put pepperoni on my pizza. Although they offered to make me a new one or refunded my money. Whover the manager is needs to train the staff better. Today I witnessed an older gentleman there smoking outside. He came back in, didn't wash his hands, then proceeded to touch all the pizza dough and ingredients with his bare hands! I notified the man that was refunding my money. Nasty! Today was officially my last visit.

The owner is a really sweet guy and he always rectifies any issues but lately every time I order a well done pizza all I get is a thin, wet doughy pizza. I miss the old dominoes, plus the manager is horrible whoever that guy is.

The one time that I placed an order online, and show up with Todd behind the counter, not only does he give me an attitude for where I parked, he refuses to take my $50 bill. So I say okay I'll be back I'm sitting outside, out of you because he told me not to park where I did, with exact change. I sit and I wait 25 minutes only for my order to be canceled. Todd decided, because I didn't walk through the door before the order was completed, that I had "run off", and cancelled the order. No food prepared, no food cooked, no order ready to be paid for. Nothing. After waiting 40 minutes. Todd's very angry with his life he seems to be very dissatisfied with his job, and he sure as hell doesn't care about making sure you get what you ordered. Look for new help Jeff, this is a really bad look.
