Something needs to change for this location. The food quality is really good, and the restaurant is very clean but one thing is dragging operations down: priorities. I’ve gone into this location three times and every time (without fail) there is one person who has been tasked with manning the main line and yet there are six other employees doing next to nothing to help that poor person. I waited in line for 30 minutes during my most recent trip. I was #10 in line and it wasn’t like they were out of anything or waiting on restocks. At the Wilton location I have rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes no matter what place in line I have and that is because they prioritize the main line and have at least 3 people working the counter. This is not the employees’ fault. This is management’s fault. An effective manager would recognize that tables do not need to be cleaned if people aren’t even having the chance to sit down (two employees were wiping down near spotless tables and milling about the restaurant while a queue of 15 people stood around). I know this place is in their infancy but seriously it cannot be that hard to re-allocate people when it gets busy. Until that happens I’ll be visiting the Wilton location for my chipotle needs. It’s truly a shame because this place offers better portions than Wilton from what I have experienced.

My boyfriend and I have been to this chipotle often, even when they first opened - we gave them the benefit of the doubt because you need to get the kinks out when you first open. Every time I’ve gone they’re “out of the dressing” or “are making it” and if it’s not that it’s something else. Not once in the dozen times we’ve been since it opened has there been complete ingredients. Now if it’s 10 minutes before closing time, understandable, but this is 11:45 on a Sunday over an hour after they’ve opened. Which is the time we go 9 times out of 10. The person making my bowl looked at me and said “we don’t have the dressing” and then turned around and pointed at a blender and then asked what I wanted in my bowl, in very unpleasant way - almost like I annoyed her by asking for dressing (making dressing takes less than 10 minutes). I’m in the hospitality industry, I’ve been in it for 14 years now - both front of the house as a bartender and server AND in the back of the house as a prep cook and on the line. I understand this industry inside and out, but the right thing to do would be do you want me to make your bowl and then finish the dressing? There was no body behind us. I typically don’t write reviews, but when you’re paying for something especially in the hospitality industry, you expect good service and get what you pay for. I don’t expect to pay $50 for chipotle for two and then have to go home and make a dressing. I always make sure my guests have what they need and more and always make sure their needs are met. This isn’t the case here!

Do they ever have vinaigrette?? Been several times and they’ve never have it. They say it’s ordered a lot so they run out. Okay so make more?

I hadn't eaten at a Chipotle in years as thought I'd get some carryout. I ordered on the app to avoid having to wait. When I got there they did not have drive thru and it was unclear if anyone would bring out the food to the spots marked for online and catering so I went inside. My food order was ready at the time promised and correct. It was good enough for fast food and the menu options were great, with important nutrition information easy to find.
