Then the order had fountain drinks when I ordered Mexican cokes. I was told by the employee that they are the same ?!? but also they were out of stock. They knew I was standing there but didn’t bother asking my preference. The last time I went a few months ago was just as bad. Nope - that’s it for me.

While waiting in line, I saw the male line server politely ask the prep staff for more rice as they were running low. One individual in the prep area (lots of tattoos and glasses) responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. The prep cook made a scene for several minutes, including loud cursing, which made me as a customer extremely uncomfortable. The line server remained professional and did not deserve to be spoken to that way, especially during a busy rush. Completely inappropriate behavior, and I hope management addresses it. Shame. This happened around 7pm 2/4
