    This location is always a major disappointment. No matter what time of day I seem to go, the food bar is in actual shambles. Disgusting food counter, food droppings everywhere so you end up getting toppings you didn’t request mixed in. Half the food containers 90% empty. I always skip the queso because it’s piled with other toppings and congealed over. So unappetizing. It’s 8pm. Clean the food bar. This happened the last couple times I’ve been and now I think I’m done visiting this location.

    Very busy for a very good reason, very clean, best people you could ask for to work here. The burritos were packed and the ingredients were thoroughly made, DEFINITELY the go to chipotle

    Order was half beef, half chicken, fajita veggies, rice, corn salsa, sour cream queso and cheese. I got a half full bowl of cheese and corn salsa with maybe a tablespoon of meat. The couple grains of rice they threw in was hard as a rock too. No veggies in sight. So disappointed at least the cashier that handed me the bag was nice.

    Went in at 7:45 pm after a long shift at work, just to find out they have no guacamole. I proceeded to see an entire container of it and I even politely offered to pay extra for a tiny cup of it. The employee then decided to ramble(with attitude) for two minutes about how they don’t have time to make it, and admitted that she doesn’t feel like cutting up more avocados. This store doesn’t close for hours might I add. Every time I get Chipotle it’s another disappointment.

    Staff was super unprofessional. They ran out of chicken and said it would be about 20 minutes. We waited, went up and asked how much longer and they said “oh awhile”. After a few minutes we just decided to go with steak, went up to order and they had chicken. They kept running out of other food, and took forever to replace it while in line. Ordered and paid for a salad and was never told they were out of dressing until after we paid. Overall just a horrible experience and atmosphere. Not worth the money
