When we asked if they could make more and said we were willing to wait, the employee behind the counter acted annoyed, like we were asking for something unreasonable. On top of that, the restaurant was messy and unorganized. Counters were dirty, ingredients were scattered, and several employees were just standing around with no urgency at all — despite the fact that there was barely any food on the line for customers to even order. For the price Chipotle charges, you expect a basic level of quality and service. Unfortunately, tonight missed the mark completely.
