  We are advid customers of Chipotle in Queensbury NY. After doing some errands, we decided to have dinner at the Wilton store. The difference between the 2 stores is remarkable! Wilton store was very dirty, not just messy but actually dirty. Garbage over flowing onto the floor in the kithen, 3 parties dining but not 1 clean table. The food was poor at best. I was served cold tacos smothered in sour cream. My guest was served cold rice with warm beans and vegetables all for a total of $25.00. The water was good, the sprite had no syrup, just tasted like club soda. Worst meal ever at a Chipotle. Buyer beware of this store.

  I never leave reviews, but this location is so incredibly poorly run, it is mind boggling. Over a month ago I was in there to order a chicken bowl, and there was barely any chicken left so the individual helping me gave me 2 small measly chicken pieces and then proceeded to charge me for the full amount, didn't even apologize or comment on the obvious fact that I was getting stiffed. They did not offer to have me wait and let me know when more would ready either, and acted as if I was being unreasonable. And then TODAY, I was just in at 4:30pm, on a Sunday, in line with over 20 other people when they announced they were COMPLETELY out of all meat along with various other things, and it would be a 15 minute wait. I left and came back 25 minutes later and was told there was STILL no meat ready, I asked when it would be, but they just said it 'will be a while'... what!? Absolutely atrocious customer service, especially for a Sunday at dinner time. I have no idea if there is simply a major staff shortage issue here or what, but it's a real disappointment lately.

  I’ve never wrote a review before but there was no better place to write one (or worse place) the service Is sub par at best and when you ask for more than the absurdly small amount of rice they give you they look at you like the want to reach over the counter and punch you in the face. The portions aren’t even the biggest issue and they’re a huge issue. The biggest of them all is that they never have food! If I had a dollar for every time I show up to get food and they have no rice or literally any of the meats I’d have enough money to open a chipotle myself to show this place how to actually run the place. I absolutely love the new chipotle downtown and it has literally zero issues and most of the workers look like they kinda want to be there.

  Good food, but lack of staff and all the tables were dirty. Not that hard or time consuming to have someone wipe down tables every 30 mins. It just makes the hole experience down graded because of a lack of overall cleanliness.
