On a realistic level they are very much understaffed, which results in longer lines, not answering phones, not filling one’s prescription on time, to most recently—and I kid you not— not having enough of your medication (even though the script was sent in three days prior). I’m completely astounded by how Saranac Kinny’s pharmacy is able to function let alone operate. Save yourself the frustration and go to either Walgreens or Kinny’s in Placid. I write this as I now am waiting an extra hour for a partial prescription. #neveragain
