- EDErika DenkenbergerAug 14, 20251.0Even though techs that check customers out are very nice, Pharmacists seem like they are always irritated and do not seem to understand the different insurance plans. I’m always waiting on perscriptions that were never received, not listed in their system, and the staff is constantly complaining in front of customers about long hours, slow computers, and lack of staff. There appeared to be at least 6 people working in the pharmacy, at least two were pharmacists. There is no other pharmacy in Saranac Lake unfortunately….I miss Walgreens pharmacy!
