- LJLegoBucket Jr.Oct 2, 20241.0I drove 40 minutes to get there to pick up a prescription, and was told “sorry you got an 8 day, so you must wait until tomorrow” bevause even their own pharmacists dont realize that when you pick up a prescription at 11am on a certain day, that THAT day counts, so now I don’t have medicine that I need because they can’t notice this simple detail. Now I don’t have the medicine I absolutely need for another 24 hours because of their inability to do basic math. My doctor agrees, they’re definitely a weird pharmacy that makes up their own rules and doesn’t follow NYS/US regulations. The cashiers/pharmacists were not rude or anything about it, but still. I know if I had argued I would’ve been told to leave, so there is absolutely 0 things you can do to get this issue that is clearly their fault resolved. Somebody needs to hold these people accountable.
