- EDErika DenkenbergerAug 14, 20251.0Even though techs that check customers out are very nice, Pharmacists seem like they are always irritated and do not seem to understand the different insurance plans. I’m always waiting on perscriptions that were never received, not listed in their system, and the staff is constantly complaining in front of customers about long hours, slow computers, and lack of staff. There appeared to be at least 6 people working in the pharmacy, at least two were pharmacists. There is no other pharmacy in Saranac Lake unfortunately….I miss Walgreens pharmacy!

- MCMichael CharlandJul 25, 20241.0I'm done with kinnys in saranac lake been going there for years I was never asked for my ID today I went same people on as always at pharmacy to get my prescription I was then asked for my ID it was out in car and can barely walk as it is,,,mind you same people who never asked me for ID b4 so had to walk out grab my ID go back in first time ever had to show it and my meds are getting harder to get on time there anymore even though they are sent in a week in advance I'm done with this place
- NRNaomi RosesAug 13, 20211.0After visiting the doctor, i went to this pharmacy to pick up my medicine for my heart,, that had already been sent half an hour ago from the hospital. I had to wait for a long time, i felt they discriminated me, while the people behind me on the line was attended first, they told me that did no have the medicine which was a lie, i wait for 1 hour. It seems there is only one person working there, a nice lady doing everything she can, meanwhile the other 2 people working there were like ghost doing anything for help. i think they are neglecting, what if i need my urgent medicine and can have a heart attack there? Next time i will go to walgreens is no more options in this town.
