  They screwed us over. I ordered 1 large hot French vanilla latte and one large cold French vanilla latte because it's close to the same price and you get less for pretty much the same money. The Indian lady behind the counter made the order what she wanted and not us. She gave us a medium and a large instead of 2 large. I paid a little over $10 which is what I paid for 2 larges so I didn't notice until we were given the wrong item. Don't go here. I repeated myself more than once she still did what she wanted not what I wanted as the paying customer. Let me add my large French vanilla latte comes with 4 pumps French vanilla swirl and i know dunkin swirl to the point where i buy it on ebay and I did not get 4 pumps this time. The first time I came here I did but this visit I didn't. I won't be back they are ripping us off to save money. Anyone who says this dunkin is good doesn't know dunkin and they don't know what they are losing going to this location. I will be calling corporate recommending that this franchise should be shut down.

  horrible experience, went there with my boyfriend and his mom they ignored us and as we got our drinks only filled it up with ice and no of our actual drink. Started arguing over the fact the female worker was doing all the work and he was just sitting there . Horrible interaction. this place needs new people working .

  Craving their donuts for a few days so drive 10 minutes to this location. Donuts were STALE, ordered an ice coffee that was so watered down it barely had a taste. Like cold milk water…GROSS. Another gentleman ordered one cold drink and waited for 10 minutes, when he got his drink it was wrong. Service was hard to judge as they were training a new employee. $15 for stale donuts and crap “coffee”

  Every time I stop here they get my order wrong... And when I ask for it to be corrected they give me attitude.
