- MMms ms3 days ago1.0This place nickel-and-dimes you for everything. I ordered a bowl and didn’t receive the salad or lentils. They only gave me one scoop of rice, and when I asked for another scoop the supervisor said I would have to pay extra. For how expensive this place is, that’s disappointing. At another Cava location I’ve been to, they normally give two scoops of rice without any issue. Here it feels like you’re charged for every little thing. Other locations even have lines out the door and still provide better portions and service. This experience made it feel like they’re cutting back just to stay in business, which isn’t a great experience for customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning here anymore. I prefer to go somewhere else.
