At 7:29 my order was supposed to be ready I enter the restaurant having drove 10 mins there , the restaurant is practically empty there’s a lot of pickup orders not done people are obviously mad . I don’t say anything hoping they will make my order . Is 7:50 I had to ask them where’s my order ??!! I was obviously frustrated because all I could see was them gossiping and laughing and not doing their job . I got my food at almost 8 . Then I leave I drive 5 mins , realized my chips wasn’t there . At this point I’m so upset because the least ya could do at this point is make sure my food is okay after ya seen me visible upset . I come back and I raised my voice at them in the verge of crying asking them why make me wait for an hour and then Not make sure my chips were in the bag . They didn’t say anything but stare at me and laugh and gossip and after the tall Hispanic girl gave me the chips she said sorry for that, I said I’ve been waiting an hour girl . She said thank you . Like I was supposed to thank her or them for having me wait and hour after I order . When I was there this woman was also waiting and she said that’s why she don’t go there because this is ridiculous and they’re so disrespectful.
