  Went there close to closing got everything I ordered. Everything was made fresh and nice and hot and ready. Great customer service, handling The food was great and a great customer service on the headset shout out to Marlo for being respectful and positive.

  We showed up about 12 minutes before closing tonight. Marlo took great care of us! He was very pleasant, engaged with us saying how we were going to get their freshest food! We hate being the last customers when they’re trying to clean up on a Sunday night, but we’re heading out of town for my birthday trip and needed to grab a bite before getting on the road. We so appreciate being warmly greeted and not made to feel like we were putting them out! We’ll be glad to come back to the Rotterdam location!

  Shoutout to Marlo , he made ordering easy. I appreciate when we asked for some time he not only was respectful in the request but quickly offered some menu items to us to help in our decision, all team members seemed pleasant and were working hard. Service was accurate and fast !

  Way overpriced and poor quality and horrible service. We ordered over 60 dollars in food to feed all my family and I had to throw half away because it was just uneatable. Called the store and asked to speak to a manager and they told me to call back and hung up. Very unprofessional and we were just going to ask for the food to be remade but we didn’t even get the chance… Very disappointed

  The first time I walked into Arby’s, I wasn’t expecting anything special. I just wanted something quick to eat after a long day. But the smell of freshly sliced roast beef and warm curly fries instantly changed my mood. The place felt welcoming, with friendly staff and that familiar red-and-brown theme that makes it easy to spot from the road. When my food came out, I understood why people say, “We have the meats.” The roast beef sandwich was warm and piled high, and the curly fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Every bite felt comforting and satisfying. It wasn’t just fast food—it felt like a step up, like they actually put thought into the flavor and quality. By the time I finished my meal, I was already thinking about what I’d try next time. Whether it’s a classic sandwich or something new on the menu, Arby’s turned a simple stop for food into something I actually looked forward to. It’s the kind of place you go for a quick bite but leave pleasantly surprised. No glory hole in bathroom btw
