  Went twice so far through the drive thru and both times the food was good and hot. The only thing is we love the tenders and the first time we got some pretty small tenders mixed in, almost like nugget size. The second time one of us got a five piece tender, but only got three so if they can just check better on the tenders that would be great!!

  The customer service at this location was unprofessional. The woman who took my order was rude and nasty. When I raised the issue with the manager, Shanika, I felt completely dismissed. She stated that the employee was new and refused to provide the employee’s name.

  I had a horrible experience at this new location on Sunday. Cold food, no receipt, but it was purchased through my card. The location doesn’t even show up on Arby’s corporate website yet. If someone doesn’t circle back about how this will be resolved, I’ll contact my bank to dispute the charges!! Won’t patronize this business again any where. As a customer, getting a resolution shouldn’t be this difficult.

  First day open and already impressed! The restaurant is spotless, the staff is friendly and working hard, and the overall experience was fantastic—especially for opening day. You can tell a lot of care went into getting this location up and running. Excited to have this Arby’s in the community and can’t wait to come back!

  UNSAFE!!!!!! Lines are so long that cars trying to get in illegally block streets and are causing a stand still throughout the day. I will be showing my photos over the week of the back up to Rotterdam police and town board. Update: Here is just one of a dozen photos I have of cars and food trucks blocking the side street and alt Ave.
