  Arby's is perhaps the best fast food establishment in the area. The food is made freshly hot, made to order and the building is clean. It is a great option if you want just a quick bite or a break from cooking. Friendly and helpful employees are a definite plus.

  I was told its a brand new location, food was hot, flavorful and packaged well. Service was quick and patient. Would return to this location anytime.

  Ordered on line...prompt with pick up and greeted very fairly by a young man. Not sure of the bad reviews. It's fast food!...but best fast food around

  Went there close to closing got everything I ordered. Everything was made fresh and nice and hot and ready. Great customer service, handling The food was great and a great customer service on the headset shout out to Marlo for being respectful and positive.

  We showed up about 12 minutes before closing tonight. Marlo took great care of us! He was very pleasant, engaged with us saying how we were going to get their freshest food! We hate being the last customers when they’re trying to clean up on a Sunday night, but we’re heading out of town for my birthday trip and needed to grab a bite before getting on the road. We so appreciate being warmly greeted and not made to feel like we were putting them out! We’ll be glad to come back to the Rotterdam location!
