I’m working and on a break and these kids have nothing better to do than clog up the entire store, while being as loud as you can imagine. I feel sorry for the employees but I will go elsewhere in the future. I’m not going to wait 20 mins for a drink and donut.

The young guy took them and spilled them back into the donut display case for other customers to buy. Keep in mind that my family had already rumaged through the bag of donuts. Nonetheless, they put used/touched/buggy donuts back in the case for sale. I told them to throw them away, but the guy argued, "you dont want them anymore, right?" And looked at me like I am crazy for telling him he can't resell used food. Between the broken bathroom door, dirty bathroom, and their behavior, this place warrants caution. I have low expectations for Dunkin, but this place is a health risk. I cannot imagine how they operate when the mindful customer isn't looking.
