- SNSigourney NelsonApr 18, 20261.0Ordered a small banana matcha drink, cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, and 2 munchkins. Was told “no” to the 2 munchkins and told to order 3 (first red flag). When I received my drink, I was given a medium instead. I told Fatema who was the cashier it was a mistake since I just wanted a small drink and asked for the correct sized drink. She told me that it’s “just a few cents extra it’s not a big deal”, I told her that it’s not about it being a big deal, it’s the fact that I wanted a small and ordered a small and was instead charged extra for a medium. She charged me without telling me for a medium when all I wanted was a small. She scoffed and walked away. The bagel was super hard and burnt. 0/5 experience and I won’t be back.

Customer in front of me bought a donut and asked for a wax paper not to dirty hands. Was told to use paper napkins. Unacceptable. Will never return to this store. Never, ever, any of the Dunkin Donuts stores refused an empty cup. Neither any of the competitors. Shame on you! Or this store management.
