- BBBrandon2 days ago3.0"Mediocre service from unenthusiastic employees. They weren't rude, but it definitely wasn't the typical friendly Chick-fil-A experience you expect. They messed up my order and gave me the wrong side, which I attribute to the bare-minimum effort at the drive-thru. Bottom line: the service isn't terrible, but it certainly isn't great, either. I have a lot of respect for people in the food service industry and know dealing with the public can be tough, but a smile and a little extra effort would go a long way here. Advice to others: definitely double-check your bag before you leave, as there's a good chance something will be wrong or missing."

What’s the use of buying food when you can’t eat it. Such a dissatisfaction with this location.

We came through the drive thru and we love a spicy sandwich with the ranch sauce, but we didn’t know there wouldn’t be ranch sauce until we looked inside the bag. They didn’t even tell us that we weren’t going to get ranch sauce, they just threw a bunch of extra chick fil a sauces in the bag. To add insult to injury we had two orders of Mac & cheese and they only gave us one fork. When Visiting a Chick fil a, I usually get almost absurdly courteous service. This time, the service I got wouldn’t have been passable at 7-eleven.
