After a long wait, I decided to go to the counter to see what was going on. When I got there, they told me I hadn't paid, even though I had already paid with my card. They wanted me to pay again. After they realized it was their mistake, they gave me my order. Since I was in a hurry because I had waited, I didn't take the time to check. When I got home, I realized my order wasn't complete; several items were missing. I called the restaurant, but they didn't answer. What should have been a nice meal for my family and me turned into a terrible experience, awful service, and paying for something I didn't receive.
