One that was on the floor cleaning looked up and asked if I ordered after 5 min. I said no thank you it doesn't seem like they are open for business. Don't waste your time even going inside terrible customer service. I did not even order as I did not feel welcomed.

And the girl there just said “give me a second because something happened” like what? re train your employees (at least the afternoon ones because the morning ones are okay)

- JAJennifer AlvesSep 13, 20251.0Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts if you want them to change your order because it’s not how you normally receive ordering the same coffee for 3 years now. I only went because my location that I have been going to for 17 years is closed. But they are quick to jump on an attitude when you ask them to fix the coffee that you request the same way and to top it off they don’t recognize there customers and accuse you of being someone else who apparently does it often. I paid for it then you should be able to fix it. Other Dunkin Donuts in Freeport never have an issue with fixing. Last time I will go there!
