It was my First time here and I was impressed. Food and service were great. I had a calamari appetizer and spaghetti with seafood, both were excellent. I finished dinner off with a cannoli, which was also excellent. I would definitely come back again. Just an fyi, you can park in the garage for free up to 4 hours, don't pay to park on the street. Bon appetite!!

My wife and I have been longtime regulars at the Farmingdale Vespa location and have always loved the food, drinks, and consistently great service. My wife has celiacs and they made sure that her food was prepared safe where she did not get sick. Last night was our first visit to the Ronkonkoma location, and the experience was noticeably different. Farmingdale has a smaller, more intimate atmosphere, while Ronkonkoma is massive by comparison. The food and drinks were very good at the new location, and although it was quite loud and the food took a bit longer to arrive than we're used to in Farmingdale, our server was excellent and really made sure we were taken care of. One thing I’d suggest improving is the Wi-Fi coverage. We were out on a date night with a sitter at home, and unfortunately we had no Verizon or AT&T service inside the building, and the Vespa Wi-Fi wasn’t working for us. Not being reachable made us a bit uneasy. Overall, we enjoyed the visit, but a boost to the internet connectivity would make the experience even better.

Italian restaurant at its finest. Love the feel and ambiance of this place. Heard many great things and had to give it a try. Took an 8:15 last minute reservation, they sat us on time. Place was loud and busy which I like to see, especially for a Friday night at that time. Such a great location and love the free 3hr parking offered in the parking garage. Food was phenomenal and the people are just as great. Victoria, our waitress was amazing. She made our night and experience so enjoyable. Prices were very reasonable for the quality food that was served. Bottle of pinot grigio, appetizer, 2 entrees and dessert for under $200 for 2 people. What we ordered: Meatballs & Burrata appetizer- delicious and generous portion (approx 5 meatballs and 2 balls of burrata) Pappardelle Melanzane-she came right over to see if wanted fresh grated cheese- answer is always yes. Also asked if she could bring me some ricotta. She gladly said yes and it was the perfect addition to the dish. (I'm partial that they should serve the dish with a dollop of ricotta). Again perfect portion size and amazing flavor. Pizza-La Bestia-not personal size more like a full 8slice with delicious fresh ingredients. Dessert-we spoke with Victoria about the lava cake when she asked if I wanted her to wrap up my entrees. I told her I was debating on eating more or leaving room for the cake. We both agreed always better to leave room for dessert. When she brought us the dessert menu we jokingly (but wished could be done) asked if we could do a half and half brownie sundae and lava cake. To not be too difficult we decided on lava cake, yet pleasantly surprised she brought us over a brownie sundae as well. Soo happy that she did because the brownie sundae was my favorite out of the two. Such a great experience and so many other menu items we want to try that we will definitely be back. And hope to have Victoria or another amazing staff member serving us. Don't sleep on this place-its a MUST try.

Went on website it said they deliver I called. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone. He told me oh you can go to the website. I said to him I’m not very good at doing that. Can you help me with it? He said yes no problem put me through to a nice young lady. She took my order we talk. She didn’t really have no clue about what was on the menu or not so I had to talk to her. I had to tell her go ask Chef if they make this if they do that, this is what’s supposed to be on the menu you know or they should be able to do it she said OK give me a minute after a while. I waited on hold Came back. I said OK. This is this. This charge me a crazy ridiculous price for this stuff. I said you know what I’ll try it maybe it’s good. We’ll see went through all that she said OK when you come pick it up you could pay I said no take the credit. What do you mean pick it up I said you’re delivering it she goes. Oh we don’t deliver. I said what do you mean you don’t deliver you wasted all this time with me on the phone and you’re telling me now you don’t deliver after I was told you will and it says on your website you deliver. I then asked to talk to the manager. I talk to the manager and she was like just that right we don’t live. We don’t deliver. She had no clue. I told her we talked about her employees not being trained properly and not knowing what’s on the menu what to do she admitted that yes I know this but we’re a high-end place what kind of high-end place turns around A treats people like that all she needed to do she’s by the train station in Ronkonkoma as a taxi I even told her have the Taxi deliver. I’ll pay for it Call. She said that we do through Uber call Uber have them send it. I’ll pay for it. this woman running a restaurant like that is ridiculous. You know obviously to me if she doesn’t seem qualified enough to run a business and she’s gonna run a thing like that with bad customer service. I recommend That this place is not worth your time of day. It’s not only about maybe the food it isn’t nice. It’s all about the quality of service and the people that worked there. I don’t know what their problem was. I was very nice and they were not professional and I don’t think I could ever step foot in the place like that or recommend any of my friends to do so For that they are not even a one star restaurant
