I don’t expect the employees to be excited to see me haha, however they actually glare and stare you down at the window, don’t even say a single word to you hand you your drink and close the window. It’s horrific! Not to mention they have messed up my drink on multiple occasions. I feel like it’s due to their refusal to engage with customers. I actually dread when this is the closest place to grab a drink…… Also they use gloves to touch the card machine and then touch your food as well.. so they’re dirty on top of it !
