    We waited for 20 minutes and Noone waited on us. There was 5 people in the back and they ignored us like we weren't even there.

    Ordered through door dash and this is how my order was received. They need to do a better job packaging. Was also missing items. Had this problem last time I ordered as well

    I attempted to use the drive-through and the manger Bobbie was very rude refused to let me order any of my food . Also told all the employees to not take my order me and her never have and won’t get along I think this needs to be addressed or worse fire HER!!!!

    I get out of work late and sometimes Taco Bell is the only place open. Any time I have ever had an issue the manager, Marshall Has gone above and beyond to fix it. He has a very positive attitude . Prior to becoming a nurse I worked in the fast food industry and I know how hard it can be.

    Nothing better than putting in an online order 10 minutes before you get to the store to be told it’s going to be another 20 minutes for the food to be made because “they couldn’t hear anything in the back office” all the Taco Bell’s in and around central NY are complete trash. Decent tasting food but absolutely horrific customer service. Nothing is done timely. Watching them toss bags in the boiler and then take off to the back office to ignore orders coming in from the app or drive thru is just terrible. How these businesses stay afloat is beyond me. Why bother offering breakfast if it takes 40 minutes to make food??!? Time to boycott all these businesses until they get their act together. Find people with drive and ambition. After waiting for all that time I got a breakfast Crunchwrap smaller than my hand, and looks like crap. What a waste of time and money
