- AHAmber HannibalJun 25, 20251.0We stood at the counter easily for 10 minutes while 3 employees worked on one mobile order without them even acknowledging us. Both of us ordered whole sweet onion chicken subs toasted and once we finally sat down in the store to eat, the chicken was still frozen. I brought it to the employees' attention and his response was at first to just stare at me. Then stated "I guess I can remake it" I told him I just wanted it warmed up so the chicken wasn't frozen. He microwaved it for a few seconds and handed it back to me with the chicken still cold. My fiancé's chicken was cold as well, but he isn't one to complain to employees. I asked the employee for the managers name so that way I could call and state what had happened, and he said it was against company policy to provide a name... Even though they all wear name tags... As we were leaving the store a lady came in and went up to the counter stating that there were hardly any cold cuts on her sub. The lack of customer service, the mannerism, and unprofessionalism is outrageous. The food here obviously isn't cheap and yes, I would like my $14 sub without frozen chicken and without it having to be a fight to have it made properly. It also does not take 3 employees to do one mobile order.
