  Sat at the drive thru for approx 15 mins with no answer. Went inside and nobody was interested, too busy talking.

  I ordered through the app and used the McDelivery service. I'd like to be able to say something about the food, however, was given the completely wrong order! Literally the only thing correct was a 10pc McNugget; the dipping sauce was wrong, the order was missing my large fries (I was charged for them) and my burger had onions with no ketchup, mustard or pickles...I ordered no onions (I can't/shouldn't eat them). I contacted the McDelivery call center, made the employee aware that I was on my lunch break and that the correct order was expected by 1:14P and I'd be able to hand over the incorrect order. My correct order was not brought. After work, I contacted the call center again and made the employee aware of the situation. I was denied my food, a refund and speaking with a supervisor after the employee lied to me several times throughout the call. I contacted the McDonald's restaurant and they won't do anything, other than offer a meal. Um...I wanted a meal for lunch and didn't get it, why would I order from the same place? McDonald's doesn't give a damn about customers, otherwise they'd make things right the first time the issue is brought to them. This maybe one reason McDonald's has been struggling. If you want your food/the items you ordered, save the time and hassle and avoid this place!

  This place really doesn't care for the ppl who buying food. Why I said that is because they had my boyfriend sit there for 12 mins for his food and they give him a bloody sandwich. This place is going down hill or they have careless workers

  It's hit and miss. If you go during busy times, your food will be fresher. Not busy and you get old fries, dried out meat in burgers and nuggets will be rubbery. I think some employees need reading tests. NO PICKLES/ EXTRA ONIONS gets you extra pickles on your burger. It used to be the best out of the 2 MCDS and BKs to go. Now I go across the street or drive out to Westgate. There used to be a nice girl that worked their too. I used to see her every Saturday when I would go in to get a Soda on my way to get my nails done. I can't believe I can't remember her name. It meant peaceful or had something to do with prayer?
