    Staff were pleasant. individually components of my burrito were fine The issue is the way the burrito wasn't combined. Had a bite of cheese then a bite of rice then a bite of meat. If this continues I will not be ordering a burrito again I Hope reviews like this help management/staff improve this location's service.

    It was amazing! The customer service was excellent super friendly and helpful. The food was fresh flavorful very delicious. Such a great experience! I'll DEFINITELY be back!!

    This was my first time ever trying Chipotle, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding! everyone was friendly, patient, and happy to explain the menu and make recommendations, which made the experience feel welcoming and stress free. The food was absolutely amazinggg fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every bite tasted high quality and satisfying, and the portions were generous. You can really tell they care about both their food and their customers. I’m so glad my first experience was such a great one, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

    Went into our new #Chipotle restaurant today. I expected theusual sitdown experience I have enjoyed at other Chipotle. In stead I found Moe's clone, cafeteria style place. I turned around and went to Applebees. I am very disappointed with Chipotle. Applebees is good.

    We are somewhat frequent visitors to the New Hartford location, so we were over the moon when we learned Rome was getting a Chipotle. This was our first visit to this location but I was very impressed! Our take out order was on time (VERY hit or miss in New Hartford, especially on a weekend), and the food was actually fresh! The takeout employee was also incredibly friendly and helpful. I've never had ACTUALLY fresh Chipotle before, I was very pleased and impressed. I hope with the smaller scale store they'll be able to keep up the good service! Looking forward to continuing our patronage here if they can maintain it.
