The bits of steak that were at the bottom of the pan that we were given were over cooked and burnt. There was a guy that was leaning up against a wall that was “manning the grill” and when asked to make more steak he seemed to be bothered. We have been to the Rome location 7 times since they have opened and they never have a full bar of food available and made and they never have onions and peppers. And the chips were stale and definitely from yesterday. We were happy knowing chipotle was coming to Rome because the one in new Hartford is a monstrosity of filth and rude employees. But this chipotle never seems to be ran properly and is ran by kids who don’t seem to know how to run or operate an establishment.

I would assume 4:30 is the start of dinner hour(s) -where was the extra help? Oh yea, they were at the grill, seemingly very relaxed. Where was the manager? Why wasn't anyone jumping in to help her? I left, couldn't wait 30 minutes to get served. Come on, owner, get it together before you keep losing business.
