  Wow that’s all I have to say about this place there is a girl with brown hair a hat and piercing in her nose that works there extremely rude went though the drive through told me to you need to wait screaming it no manors and proceeded to have us wait 10 minutes with no line. Then I go to the window some young kid that was a male with brown hair and a buzz cut forced the food hard into my hand and then slammed the window shut I don’t know who this place is hiring but the staff needs to be spoken to

  I recently signed up for DoorDash and decided to place my first order with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered three drinks, but only two were delivered—the Detox Island Green was missing. Based on how the drinks arrived, it’s clear this was a mistake on Tropical Smoothie Cafe's part. The drinks were packed in a bag with a drink holder inside, and there was space for only two drinks, meaning the third was never included in the order. I contacted the Dasher, who confirmed they delivered everything they were given. I also tried calling Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but they redirected me to DoorDash for help. I’m now waiting for a refund, which is the least that could be done. As a first-time customer of both DoorDash and Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I expected better. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed, and I’m hesitant to order from this location again.

  Male employee wearing a pink hat harasses and inappropriately touches the female employees. Seen multiple occasions where he pokes/touches the side of their stomachs and slapping their hats down. He might be the manager which makes things worst because these girls are visibly uncomfortable with his behavior. Terrible management. AVOID.

  The worst tropical smoothie loc. Didn't get my order right again. I received plant based chicken instead of regular and no noodles. The smoothie tasted different as well. The port Jefferson loc. Puts all the ingredients on top so you know what you're getting, this place mixes it making it difficult to find what's missing.
