  We go there often, so this review is based on my experience over time. Service is always great. Food is inconsistent - some days good, other days average but generally too salty. The bang bang shrimp is usually good and so is the salmon. The mahi mahi is sometimes good other times not. Just generally inconsistent.

  Loved my experience here at Bonefish! My boyfriend surprised me coming here because he knew I’ve never been in all my years living in Long Island… everything 10/10!!!! Food, service, we even got to talk to the owner/manager who was so accommodating and sweet... He topped my glass and everything lol. Will definitely come with my girlfriends and try more food on the menu. Love it here

  As a Bonefish aficionado, this was a difficult encounter and certainly not up to the quality I expected. My server, Jada, was an amazing support: attentive, responsive, and effective at solving problems. She tried her best, and I deeply appreciate her. The food, however, was not up to par. Old, spoiled strawberries in my strawberry martini; crab cakes felt like they were pulled from the frozen food aisle; the scallops were overcooked; my sea bass was overcooked; and my salad was oversaturated with balsamic vinegar. When I spoke with the manager, Art Sorenson, he acknowledged that he was aware of the spoiled fruit in my drink but did nothing to correct the error during my dining experience. When trying to voice the repeated failures in the food selection, he was quick to rush away and end the conversation. Worse of all, he blamed my server, as if she was responsible for the kitchen and the overcooked food. A true let-down because I expected more awareness from the "manager". Since he knew there were errors in the kitchen, he could have leaned in sooner and helped resolve the situation rather than pass the blame when the customer voices a concern. Leaders set the tone for excellence, and this certainly was not an excellent experience outcome facilitated by strong leadership. Rockville Centre deserves more.

  We had a wonderful dinner at Bonefish Grill Rockville Centre last weekend and Ariana was our server—she was fantastic! Super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and made great recommendations (the Bang Bang shrimp and the grilled salmon were spot on). She checked in just the right amount without hovering, and handled our group of 6 perfectly even when things got busy. Food came out hot and quick too. Definitely coming back and asking for Ariana next time. Great experience all around!

  From the moment I walked in, every aspect of this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The hostess, bartender, and especially my server Carlos all provided outstanding service. The drinks were absolutely perfect—10/10—and the ambiance created such an intimate, welcoming atmosphere that I felt like I was enjoying dinner in my own home. This has quickly become my new favorite local spot, and Carlos is now my go-to server. Highly recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
