Ever since Stop & Shop started using 3rd Party Delivery instead of their own trucks, deliveries are hit or miss. Specififcally, the deliveries are often late or never get delivered and the ordewr gets cancelled which is super frustrating. When the orders are delivered, there are almost always food quality issues or incorrect items even when the "substitute items" is turned off.
