- JEJared Espinoza6 days ago1.0Wouldn't have been so bad if the two foreign ladies had a better sense of customer service. Me and my fiance went in and between getting dirty looks and them constantly talking in a different language repeatedly saying "american people" and then continuing on with their sentence in the language. And then as my fiancé is ordering, she had verbally asked for a large hot chocolate but was charged for a medium and when we asked why all she said was exactly that and didn't even work with us on fixing the problem, but instead gave us yet again a dirty look and slammed something behind the counter shut and walked away. Overall not a pleasant experience

This DD needs to be re-staffed or totally shut down! Counters had unclean spills. The worker that made my drink was wearing gloves but then got on the register with the gloves and with the same gloves made the next customer drink.. unacceptable! I hope corporate reads this and makes change!
