  This has to be the nastiest Wendy's I've ever been in. The dining area is carpeted, and I think the vacuum broke in 2012. The men's room smelled like an old gin mill bathroom. The outside of the windows haven't been cleaned since before the vacuum broke. The inside windows weren't much better. The young lady that took our order spoke so softly, none of us could hardly hear her and had to keep asking her to repeat herself. She screwed up out order horribly. And then didn't give us half of what was ordered. Otherwise the food was fast food. We only stopped out of convince, my 3 year old grandson had to go potty. I will never stop at that location again.

  Customer service was extremely poor. I went through the drive-through around 8:10 p.m. and experienced an unbelievable amount of attitude from the employee assisting me. I ordered only three simple items, yet I was made to feel like I was a major inconvenience. When I asked her to list the available sauces (I don’t often frequent Wendy’s), she responded, “They’re on the menu,” even though the text is extremely small and partially covered by snow. After I explained that I couldn’t see it, she listed the sauces so quickly that they were difficult to understand. There was no politeness or effort to be helpful; just rude behavior. When I pulled up to the window, not a single word was spoken to me. The employee only gestured for payment and then handed me the food without any interaction. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

  Clean and quiet. Very friendly staff food was prepared quick and was real good. Fries were hot and crispy.

  They can definitely make a baconator fry!!! They actually give you the bacon and cheese amount that is supposed to be on the fry😁

  I am flabbergasted that this restaurant is still in business. Congratulations Wendy’s East Rochester i just got the worst hamburger in my life. This poor excuse’s for a single was so overcooked that a dog wouldn’t eat it. Now u know why this sorry establishmentc
