- MPMikylah Patterson3 days ago1.0i’m a very loyal customer and get the same smoothie everyday, pre order. most of the staff is quite nice and efficient but when i go in with the manager at the cashier register, my order is questioned after showing my order on my phone and i’m made to wait several minutes before being greeted, even with no one in store. Today picking my order up, the order was incorrect as i get the same order everyday and when trying to tell the manager about this, i was told “i can remake it for you but this order is correct”, took one sip and its tasted like rotten fruit. i've already reported it in the app as a tropical smoothie loyalty member but this location will no longer be getting my business, i’ve never made a complaint before today but the attitude at this location in particular has to be checked, even standing in line the customers before me get the same exact attitude.
