  Spent honestly 25 min in line outside to get 1 item. We had to leave before we could even get it. So incredibly slow for any fast food I've been to. This isn't the first time but it will be the last.

  5 Stars I frequent this location, typically for Taco Bell breakfast on the weekends. Every-time my wife and I visit this location we are greeted with a smile and super friendly staff. Your worker Lore is always professional and provides 5 out of 5 star customer service. Her mannerisms are outstanding and she always sends us on our way with a smile. Lore is a prime example of how customer interactions should be handled. She upholds a standard of service that is not often found now a days. Her hard work and customer service is very much appreciated and should be recognized. Thank you Lore for making a difference and providing a long lasting impression. Thank you for all you do, you are a superstar employee and the customers very much appreciate your excellence. ~Blake

  The workers at Elmridge ,greece west ridge road are terrible They always forget something, they are slow and unfriendly. When you come in and stand at the register for 10 minutes a the workers dont acknowledge you ,is terrible. Management needs to train these workers to do better and be more efficient, friendly and accurate. Just totally disappointed with the service.

  When ever we come to this store location and get breakfast, the worker Lore always welcomes us with a smile and provides OUTSTANDING customer service. Lore is truly a role model employee. She goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. She is a vital asset for this store location and deserves to be taken care of. If she were my employee, we would do anything in our power to keep her on our team. Lore is a 10/10 employee and provides a 10/10 customer experience. Thank you Lore, ~ A very satisfied customer :)

  Great location and great staff! Always can get a good fix for late night eats! The two pretty girls did a great job and would highly recommend going to see them
